Booking Policy
All deposits are non-refundable but are applied to the treatment for that day only.
Late and No-show No-call cancellation policy:
If you are 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule and forfeit your deposit. if you are a no-call no-show, your deposit will be forfeited and your card will be charged for half the service you booked. If this appointment was part of a package, you will forfeit that treatment.
If you are on your cycle you will be on your cycle at the time of the appointment please reschedule your appointment three days after your cycle is complete if you have a piercing or a tattoo that is not healed please reschedule your appointment after it has healed.
